He was patient with us and never made us feel rushed, even though we toured at least a dozen homes before we put an offer on "the one". Once it was time to place that offer, he was knowledgeable and put us at ease. He knew the market well and he was able to guide us towards an offer that was competitive yet still reasonable. He was conscientious of our budget. We got the house! He was also very available while we were anxiously awaiting close; he found us a bank with a great mortgage rate and helped us get answers to our questions from the sellers. He and his team have been true professionals all the way through, and he is just a great guy as well!
